- 01 Staff or directors open Messages from the sidebar.
- 02 Select Compose to start a new thread, choose recipients, and write your subject and message.
- 03 Families receive messages in their portal and can reply when two-way threads are enabled.
- 04 Use the inbox to scan unread threads and follow up on parent questions.
- 05 Keep sensitive incidents documented in the appropriate compliance area as your center requires.
