  1. 01 Invite staff and parent accounts so each family has an approved login.
  2. 02 Confirm parent accounts are linked to the correct children.
  3. 03 Set a center policy for which topics should be sent through Messages versus in-person handoff.

How to use in Cubaroo

Day-to-day workflow for directors, teachers, and families.

  1. 01 Staff or directors open Messages from the sidebar.
  2. 02 Select Compose to start a new thread, choose recipients, and write your subject and message.
  3. 03 Families receive messages in their portal and can reply when two-way threads are enabled.
  4. 04 Use the inbox to scan unread threads and follow up on parent questions.
  5. 05 Keep sensitive incidents documented in the appropriate compliance area as your center requires.
