Frequently asked questions

Quick answers for common Daily log questions.

When do parents see an entry?

Families see activities after staff mark them visible. Draft or internal-only entries stay on the staff side.

Can I log for multiple children at once?

Open each child's daily log from the index. Logging is per child so records stay accurate for each family.

Can parents add to the daily log?

No. Daily log entries are created by staff. Parents view the report in their portal.
